THE PHILOSOPHY OF HAPPINESS, by Daniel Gilbert

Daniel says that we have evolved our brians are evolved. Our brian has a new structure that is called "frontal lobe". Daniel also says that all people can get hapiness, it depends what happiness means for you. When you do a something bad you feel bad but your brain imagines excuses to convince you that it's not our fault, we think that we have to find the happiness it's what you have when you get what you want and the synthetic happiness it's what we do when we haven't get what we want.

The happiness of every person depends on what you need or not. For example, sometimes a millionare has everything but is not happy because he is alone. But a poor or a normal person doesn't has everything and we are happy with what we have.

"Money is a very effective way to bring happiness to people who are in poverty, but there comes a time when more money does not make you happy." Daniel Gilbert
